Congratulations on taking the step to build your home gym! 

It's truly one of the best investments you can make in your life. 

With over a quarter-century of experience as a personal trainer, I've conducted fitness and yoga sessions in various settings, from gyms to parks and even clients' homes, all while managing my own training regimen. 

Recently, I transformed a room in my home into a dedicated home gym, and after using it for some time, I've come to a resounding conclusion:

 

"There's no gym better suited to me than my own home gym."

What sets it apart? 

Firstly, it's right here in my home, eliminating travel time and serving as a significant time saver, which is invaluable for today's busy lifestyles. 

Moreover, I appreciate the freedom from the rules and regulations of conventional gyms and the absence of any unpleasant interactions. 

In my home gym, I have the flexibility to arrange the equipment and training sessions according to my preferences, making it a truly personalized space.

The benefits of a home gym are immeasurable—it's a game-changer. 

For me, it's akin to the "Hyperbolic Time Chamber" from "Dragon Ball," where I can focus on my training in my own space and time. 

Inspired by this, I've launched "Zen Home Gym Fitness" to share this excitement with home gym owners worldwide.

Even though it's called a home gym, you don't need extravagant equipments. 

Allow me to illustrate with my own setup: 

The room measures 350 x 260 cm (11 x 8 feet), fitted with fitness mats on the floor.

 

Equipment includes a spin bike, cross trainer, pull-up bar, dip bars, fitness bench, step box, dumbbells, medicine ball, rubber bands, and yoga mats. 

With a focus on bodyweight training, these items facilitate intense workouts right at home.

While my home gym serves as the central training space, I also incorporate outdoor activities like running or jumping as supplementary training programs. 

The key is to create a dedicated space where you can focus on your fitness goals without distractions—a true "Hyperbolic Time Chamber" in your own home.

I'll connect my home gym with yours online, conducting LIVE personal training sessions to simulate the experience of training together in the "Hyperbolic Time Chamber."
